Members are encouraged to attend to learn about issues impacting podiatry, shape the future of our association, and network with colleagues from around the state.
The American Podiatric Medical Association is the largest podiatric professional organization representing close to 80 percent of the nation's foot and ankle physicians and surgeons.
All practicing APMA members are licensed by the state in which they practice podiatric medicine, graduates of an accredited podiatric medical college and obligated to follow a strict professional code of ethics.
As a benefit of APMA membership, the organization helps advance the growth and stability of podiatric medicine by increasing nationwide awareness of foot and ankle health through public education and legislative advocacy.
With close to 11,500 members in 53 U.S. states and territories, the APMA is the country’s leading resource for foot and ankle health information.
