Dues payments are not deductible as contributions. Dues may be deductible by members as an ordinary and necessary business expense subject to restrictions imposed as a result of the Association's lobbying activity. OPMA extimates that the nondeductible portion of the 2008-2009 udes will be 10%. The APMA estimates that the nondeductible portion of the 2009-2010 APMA dues will be 5%.
