The Ohio Foot and Ankle Medical Foundation is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a provider of continuing education in podiatric medicine. The Ohio Foot and Ankle Medical Foundation has approved this activity for a maximum of 5 continuing education contact hours.
Virtual Meeting Details
Registrants will attend the seminar virtually, which will give the registrant the ability to watch the seminar from their home or office. The week of the symposium, an email will be sent with a login link and instructions. The email will be sent to the email that was used for registration, and once you are logged in that will record your attendance. Attendees will be able to ask questions through the question box during the symposium.
The seminar will not be recorded, and registrants will need to attend during the live presentations to receive continuing education credit. There will also be attendance polls launched during the seminar.

Cancellations
For paid registrations, a $25 administration fee will be charged. Cancellations must be received in writing to OFAMF prior to October 13, 2025. No refunds for cancellations will be honored after that date.
Changes to Lectures or Schedules
360 Care and OFAMF reserves the right to adjust or change any lecture or schedule due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts. Note: There are limited spaces and registrations are on a first come first served basis.

Alicia Angelo, DNP is Clinical Director of Primary Care at 360care. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology from Miami University in 2001 and a Master of Science degree in Nursing from The Ohio State University in 2005. Since then, she has been practicing as a certified nurse practitioner in central Ohio. Alicia is board certified in wound care and hospice and palliative care. In May 2022, she completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from The Ohio State University. Her doctoral work focused on developing and implementing a structured advance care planning program for long-term care residents, and she plans to introduce this program to other nursing homes.
Kermit Ary, DPM graduated from Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago in 1978. He completed a two-year residency program at Doctors Hospital in Tucker, Georgia. Dr. Ary attributes his podiatry success to his mentor at Doctors Hospital, Dr. Dalton McGlamary and others there who taught him perseverance and effective patient management. After residency, he practiced with Albany Podiatry Associates and Albany Surgery Center in Columbus, Georgia, and Albany, Georgia, from 1980 - 2021. He is the author of four books including “Grace Freely Given”, a collection of stories about some of his nursing home patients raised in the south. He loves writing, walking, and spending time at Florida beaches and north Georgia mountains.
Christian Ball, DPM has been a valued member of 360care since 2020. He grew up on his family’s farm in Lonoke, Arkansas, working alongside his father before attending the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he earned degrees in Chemistry and Biology. Dr. Ball then pursued his doctorate at Western University in Pomona, California, followed by a residency at VAMC Atlanta. In 2019, he established his long-term care practice in Kentucky and is passionate about serving his community. Dr. Ball enjoys teaching and learning about billing and coding as well as supporting his peers.
Brad Hammersley, DPM graduated from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 1998 and completed his residency training in 2000. Since then, his professional experience has included, working for a small podiatry group, owning his own solo practice, working for a government agency, and working in a small multi-specialty practice. In 2017, he began working for 360care in Indiana and then the following year, he began working for 360care in Michigan. Since March of 2025 he has served as 360care Regional Clinic Director for the states of Indiana and Michigan. Currently, he lives in Peru, IN where he helps manage the family’s alpaca farm
Annette Joyce, DPM lives in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, where she works for 360 Care as the National Clinical Director. She actively participates in the South Carolina Podiatric Medical Association and was a past CAC representative for the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Joyce has been voted “One of the Most Influential Podiatrists in America” by Podiatry Management Magazine and was a proud Member of the Board of Trustees for the Council for Nail Disorders. Dr. Joyce is a founding member of DERMfoot, the nation’s only podiatry seminar dedicated to lower extremity skin disorders. She has published literature on onychomycosis, lasers and PCR and participates in peer review for the Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association.
Bryan Markinson, DPM is currently the Chief of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in the Leni and Peter W. May Dept. of Orthopedic Surgery of the Icahn Schol of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. He is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is a frequent lecturer nationally on various aspects of podiatric dermatology and nail pathology.
Melisa Salamony is the Practice Director for Podiatry Services at 360care. She has more than three decades of experience in the long-term care industry, with a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and problem solving. Melisa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Family Relations and Human Development from The Ohio State University and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Since graduating in 1991, she has dedicated her career to enhancing health care delivery in senior living and long-term care settings. In her current role, she leads initiatives to support podiatry providers and strengthen partnerships with facilities across the 360care enterprise.
John Slomsky, DPM graduated from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine; completed his residency at Lebanon VA Medical Center, and a fellowship at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s in Columbus, Ohio. He is affiliated with OhioHealth Grant Medical Center, Riverside Methodist Hospital, Morrow County Hospital, Mount Carmel East and Mount Carmel St. Ann's.
Christine Wright, DPM graduated from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in 1990 and completed her residency at L. Richardson Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC. Dr. Wright previously taught at Wake Forest University School of Medicine where she was an associate professor of orthopedic surgery. She also served as physician chair of human resources at Cornerstone Health Care and was a prior president of High Point Surgical Center Associates. Although she retired in 2020, Dr. Wright is employed part-time by 360care and is a part-time consultant for Advarra providing local institutional biosafety reviews for clinical research institutions primarily in Wilmington, NC.
